Just asking if anyone would be interested in taken part in a Texas hold'em benefit game for Bobbi Jo Cardwell Scholarship Endowment. % would go to benefit and we will have payout to Top 2 or 3rd player ? Also considering have food to purchase such as pulled pork sandwiches and other items. Please let me know if your interested, so we can get this I'm the works. Wanted make everyone aware, the man that took her life, has decided to take a Plea. Which max on plea is 20 capped. SMH in disbelief and makes me sick. Gut instincts tells me the judge will not seek max at all. I just can't phantom what time, he will get. Also,, please let me know if you want to speak or write a letter on behalf of what life is like without our Bobbi Jo, what he has taken and our loss we've had to endure since the accident. I will need the letters if you choose to write one in 2 weeks at most.. I will make sure they get to the judge to read in plenty of time for sentencing.. Prosecutor sent this to me today. After our conversation and how I felt about this. 🤬😢 The sentencing hearing is 11/23/21 at 1:30 in D31. Please speak to others to ascertain whether they are available for this day/time. Justice for Bobbi Jo. We finally get our day in court Monday August 2nd. 9am. Court room #5. Come and help us get justice for Bobbi Jo. 😢😢😢 it's not fair we have to be without her. Everyday is a struggle. 💔

Ride update: I've had to cancel the ride for this year. Unfortunately time has gotten away from me and a lot of different issues that came about. Donation letters were ready and never got sent out, lost track of time. Also with the pandemic and companies trying to re-coop their losses. Donations would probably far and in between. MHCR has graciously agreed to hold the event next year. This will happen and scholarship will become a reality.

Here we are 21 months since accident and still waiting for Justice for Bobbi Jo. New date August 1st. 2021 let's pray we get Justice that day and not continued again. 😥😥😥😠😠
