Come and join ICTC's professional team! ICTC has both administrative and instructional positions open for the 2026-27 school year. ICTC has the following vacancies:
Secondary Health Occupations Technology Instructional Aide:
This is a 10-month position congruent with the current support staff contract. Under direct supervision, this employee provides routine, daily assistance to the instructor in the day-to-day performance of classroom and associated activities which
directly impacts student achievement.
Preferred Qualifications: Practical Nursing License, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Certified Medical Assistant with two years of experience working with children.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent

Administrative Assistant to the Director and ICTC Board Secretary:
This is a full-time, 12-month position. The Administrative Assistant to the Director and ICTC Board Secretary will perform confidential secretarial/clerical duties for the Indiana County Technology Center: Joint Operating Committee; Professional Advisory Committee; and the Administrative Director. The employee is responsible for greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, directing and screening calls, and providing administrative support. This position involves a high degree of professional judgment, use of independent discretion and has daily involvement with confidential matters.
Required Qualifications: Applicant must have High School diploma or equivalent, Two (2) years’ experience secretarial work and/or clerical experience and computer skills.

Evening Welding Instructor:
This is a part-time evening position with Adult Education. Must demonstrate organizational, communication, and classroom management skills to provide theoretical and hands-on instruction to students. Candidates can expect a schedule of 1 to 2 nights
a week. Previous teaching experience a plus.
Required Qualifications: Applicant must possess AWS certification or two full-time years of verified work experience in welding.

First Commonwealth Bank’s Megan Detwiler, Community Engagement Manager, and Erin Dougherty, Branch Manager/Business Banker, presented the inaugural donation of $1,000 for the newly established Indiana County Technology Center Educational Foundation fund. The fund is being set up through the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies, and First Commonwealth provided the initial donation to launch the foundation.
