 It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of a true legend of the IUP respiratory care program, Bill Malley. Bill served as the IUP/ West Penn Hospital,  respiratory Clinical Director and Program Director for over 35 years, shaping the department and inspiring generations of students. He was also the esteemed author of the Malley ABG textbook, a foundational resource that many of us relied upon during our time at IUP. Over the past 48 hours, many have shared fond memories of Bill reflecting the profound impact he made in so many lives. He will always be remembered for his kindness, humor, charisma and unwavering passion for the profession.  Bill was currently living in Florida where they are planning  his services.
