As a reminder... the I-Card Office is now located in the Clark Hall Lobby Area. We are open 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. When you enter the lobby area, head toward the windows straight ahead. We will be the last two windows on the right.

We are pleased to announce that the I-Card and Vending Services Office will be moving from the Hadley Union Building to the lobby area of Clark Hall on Monday, April 5th. We will be open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Clark Hall is located conveniently in the center of the IUP campus, near Sprowls and Cogswell Halls, the College of Health and Humanities, IUP Libraries, and Crimson Cafe. It is also home to the Office of Student Billing, Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, and soon, Parking and Transportation Services.

The new address will be 1090 South Drive, Indiana PA 15705. When you walk in the front door of Clark Hall, go up the steps directly in front of you. There will be a selection of 8 windows. We will be the last window to the right.

Hello IUP!

Recently, we've been getting a lot of questions regarding deposits made on the GET Funds site/app that is used to add money to Crimson Cash for vending on campus. Listed below are a couple of helpful tips when trying to make your deposit:

1. The payment page for the GET site was recently updated over winter break. Because of this, all former saved cards and addresses were deleted from the system.

2. When inputting your Billing Address now, do NOT put in your City or State. Only put your Street Address in the box that says Billing Address, it will figure out your City and State from your Zip Code.

3. If you have tried to make a deposit and received an Error message, but the deposit is listed as Pending on your bank/credit card account, this does NOT mean that funds were taken from your account. It may take 2-3 days for the Pending charge to be removed from your account, however the failed transaction will not post through and no funds will be taken.

4. All successful GET deposits will instantly be on your Crimson Cash account, if it is not on your I-Card, check your bank/credit card to see if it is listed as Pending. If so, try the transaction again using the above tip for your Billing Address.

The I-Card Office is open today, Monday January 4th BY APPOINTMENT ONLY until 4:30 PM.

From Tuesday, January 5th until Friday, January 8th we will be closed to the public but still answering emails and phone calls. Please contact [email protected] or call 724-388-5458 for any assistance you may need during this time.

Starting Monday, January 11th we will be open, no appointment needed, from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday through the start of the semester.

The GET Funds website will be down for a required system update and you will be unable to make deposits to your Crimson Cash account tomorrow, November 24th from 2:00 PM until 2:30 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The I-Card Office will be closed to the public for in person business, but available by email Monday, November 23 through Wednesday, November 25 next week for the holiday break. We will be unavailable from Thursday, November 26 - Sunday, November 29.
