When we truly value early childhood, we must invest in the people who make it possible—our early childhood educators. That means creating more opportunities for educators to further their education, grow professionally, and be recognized for the critical work they do every day.

But this investment cannot come from one sector alone. The business community has a role to play. Every business leader, every community member, every family has a connection to a child—a son, daughter, niece, nephew, or someone they love.

Imagine what could happen if we all stepped into the shoes of families and educators and asked:
