Cool story.... right after our 8 year anniversary Aug 1st we will be embarking on our biggest endeavor yet in our 8 years of being in business.... a remodel!!!!! New colors, more plants, more earth tones, more space, better lighting, more seating, A MASSIVE SAUNA, COLD PLUNGES, and more of the same great vibes!!! Some people think we have been going, some people thought we were done and yet we know we have only truly just begun. 😎

We have so many amazing people donate so many amazing things throughout the years... fitness equipment, grappling dummys, supplies, security cameras, sound systems, grills and now even a lawn mower from my amazing parents!!! 👏 🙌 It was already keeping our lawn looking great but now it will never leave!!! Thanks mom and dad, your continued support even in my 40s to my passions is just a testament to how you have raised me. 🫶
