Cheboygan Otsego Presque Isle Parent Coalition This program is funded through a grant provided by the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential.

The Cheboygan, Otsego, Presque Isle County Great Start Parent Coalition offers parents and caregivers of children birth to age 12 the opportunity to advocate for children by providing access to training in leadership and advocacy to empower parents to speak out on behalf of children in our county. This will provide a better understanding of the desires and needs of parents within the community. Yo
