’Twas the Thursday before Spring Break, and all through the land,
The kids had a snack (or ten) close at hand.
The teachers were hanging by barely a thread,
While visions of sleeping in danced in their heads.
The lunchboxes empty, the patience wore thin,
“Just one more day!” was the rallying grin.

So cheers to the parents, the teachers, the crew,
The finish line’s near — we’re all pushing through!
May your break be relaxing, your coffee stay strong,
And may the snacks last at least half as long.
