Along with these attributes, children will be given a positive place where they can interact with other children while feeling safe and secure in their surroundings just like their at home. Here they will be allowed the latitude to discover and explore their surroundings. This creates a naturally nurturing environment where children learn through play. In order to achieve this goal we must use other key elements such as creating positive relationships. Communication and confidentiality are some important tools we use to meet individual family needs, allowing us to recognize a child’s natural ability and any potential needs in each child’s developmental stage. Communication with parents and our community keeps us informed of each family’s needs and concerns, which in return will ensure we provide quality childcare and other resources to support your family. I been though a lot I have lost my brother to violence and it just needs to stop we have to stop hurting children and each other but most of all children they are our future and when need to teach them right things and not bad ... stop smoking in front of them it is not cool ..stop fighting in front of the ...stop doing sexual acts in front of them and to them . I am in tears right now thinking about some of the stuff that is said in front of them ...

Sometimes you have to let go and let God it is hard, but I promise when you do, he’ll work it out for you. This week has been hard but easy because I really didn’t have to do anything but step aside and let him do his work so I’ve learned to keep my mouth shut when he tells me too. I’ve learned to be still when he needs me to. I’ve learned that I only need to answer to him, the most highest always had my back and always will. I don’t have to fight. I don’t have to argue. I don’t have to defend myself. All I have to do is what he asked me to shut up and be still and wait on him so that’s what I’m choosing to do. I will not use my platform for evil. I will not talk down on somebody. I will not do the things that the devil wants me to do because I don’t serve him. God is love. God is peace. God is joy and as long as I got him. I got all that and I refuse to give it up. I refuse to act childish. I refuse to do anything of that nature instead, I will gracefully walk in his peace, walk in his joy, walk in his love on my weight loss journey I have learned to love myself more than anybody could ever love me other than God. I have learned to be happy when I’m sad. I have learned to pray for people that are being spiteful towards me. I’ve learned so much from the most high so say what you will say what you want I’m happy and nobody can take that away from me because he gave me my joy and I choose to keep it.
