A Naturalist from the Metroparks came to visit our 4th and 5th-grade science classes to discuss the importance of our local plants and animals and how they interact within our ecosystem. What a great way to get close to a part of nature we don’t always see!

Our 4th and 5th grade students participated in the Amazing Shake this past Friday. This culminating event focused on life skills that prepare students for the real world. It is a way of teaching students about manners, discipline, respect, and how to conduct themselves in real world situations. Our students were amazing! We also had some amazing adults who were moderators for our event and helped to make it a success!
