We're excited to welcome Simon Miedza to the Sandler by MP Solutions team as our newest Sales Associate.
Simon brings a unique perspective to business development, having grown up working alongside his family's Northeast Ohio manufacturing company. Through firsthand experience with client relationships, supplier management, and the day-to-day realities of running a business, he understands the challenges business owners and sales leaders face because he's lived them.
That background makes him a natural fit for the manufacturing and industrial organizations we serve throughout Northeast Ohio.
A Cleveland State University graduate and proud Northeast Ohio native, Simon is passionate about helping companies build consistent, repeatable sales processes that drive long-term growth.
When he's not talking sales, you'll likely find him climbing mountains, scuba diving, or discussing the latest developments in the manufacturing world.
Please join us in welcoming Simon to the team!

More than halfway through the year, many salespeople are still blaming the economy, price pressure, prospects, or timing.
But what if the real reason salespeople fail has nothing to do with any of those things?
The uncomfortable truth is that most sales struggles can be traced back to a handful of predictable mistakes, mistakes that are repeated every day by otherwise talented professionals.
On June 24, we'll break down exactly what those mistakes are and, more importantly, what to do instead.
Why Salespeople Fail

Happy World Franchise Day!
One of the best decisions I made was becoming part of the Sandler franchise network.
Yes, the systems, training, and brand are important. But what has made the biggest impact is being surrounded by a community of owners who are willing to share ideas, support one another, and genuinely want to see each other succeed.
That's one of the reasons Sandler has been recognized for its culture. The strength of a franchise isn't just the brand. It's the people behind it.
Today, I'm grateful to be part of a network that believes in collaboration over competition and continuous growth over complacency.
And to all of the franchise owners, franchisors, consultants, suppliers, and teams we work with every day, thank you for everything you do to create opportunities, jobs, and stronger businesses in your communities.

Most sales leaders say they want honest pipelines.
But many unknowingly create environments where optimism is rewarded more than truth.
Reps keep weak deals alive.
Forecasts get inflated.
Managers hear what they want to hear instead of what is actually happening inside opportunities.
Then leadership gets blindsided at the end of the quarter.
The reality is this:
Every deal already contains the truth.
The question is whether your sales culture allows people to surface it early enough to do something about it.
Our latest blog breaks down why accountability, honest conversations, and stronger qualification are at the center of effective sales leadership today.
Because predictable revenue is not built on positive thinking.
It is built on clarity.

Today, we pause.
Not for a long weekend, but to remember.
To honor those who gave everything in service to something bigger than themselves.
Their sacrifice is the reason we have the opportunities we do, in business, in leadership, and in life.
We’re grateful. And we don’t take it lightly.
Wishing you a meaningful Memorial Day.

Most sales leaders don’t have an effort problem.
They have a diagnosis problem.
When performance drops, the instinct is to push harder. More activity. More pressure. More “accountability.”
But if you don’t know what’s actually broken, you’re just applying force to the wrong place.
That’s where most teams stay stuck.
The best leaders take a different approach. They slow down, isolate the issue, and coach to the root cause, not the symptom.
That’s what separates activity from performance.
The Sandler approach is built on that idea. Diagnose first, then prescribe. Because selling, like anything else, is about understanding the real problem before trying to fix it.
If you’re responsible for a team and results feel inconsistent, this is worth a few minutes.

There is a growing divide in sales right now.
Teams that are learning how to use technology strategically.
And teams that are simply adding more tools without improving outcomes.
Technology alone will not fix weak qualification, inconsistent messaging, or poor sales conversations.
But when paired with the right process and ex*****on, it can become a major competitive advantage.
Join Sandler for a practical webinar on how sales organizations can evolve without losing the human side of selling.

Your CRM is full.
Your calendar is packed.
Your salespeople are busy.
So why does revenue still feel unpredictable?
Because activity alone is no longer enough.
The organizations pulling ahead right now are the ones combining strong sales fundamentals with technology that improves decision-making, prioritization, and ex*****on.
That is exactly what this upcoming Sandler webinar will cover.
Join us for a forward-looking conversation on where sales is headed and what leaders need to do now to keep pace.
