Save the date: Thursday, August 20th will be our annual Meet the Teacher evening! You can meet the teacher, drop off school supplies, tour the school and see your classroom, join PTA and visit with friends on the playground for a sweet treat and some fun!

Mill Creek Families -

It's time to get registration and proof of residency done for the new school year! There are several required steps to ensure your child's registration is complete and you receive a classroom assignment. Only about half of our families have registered and we can't place students into classes until this process is done!

- Register online at www.isdschools.org (this is where you update parent contact order and phone numbers!)
- Upload or email your 2 proofs of residency (housing document AND current utility bill)
- Obligations / students' lunch account is paid
- Shot records on file with nurse / up to date with required immunizations
- Copy of birth certificate on file

What documents do you need to prove residency for enrollment?

2 Types of Documents: A housing document AND a utility bill

Housing documents include: mortgage statement, rental agreement, or paid property tax receipt

Utility Bill: Electric or Gas bill that is dated within the last 30 days

You can upload pictures of these documents when you register or you can email your documents to [email protected]. While our office is closed, you can reach out to Admissions if you have any questions or wait for us to return.

Do you need a Residency Affidavit? If your student's parent/guardian does not have residency paperwork in their name or lives with someone else, you will need an affidavit. You and the resident will need to take your documents to the Admissions Center by July 17th to complete your enrollment. Questions? 521-5588
