🎉 New Teacher Academy — Day 3!

And just like that, New Teacher Academy is a wrap! 💙

Today, our newest educators continued their journey with Strategos training, connected with their mentors, and then were given the gift of time to head to their buildings & begin setting up their classrooms. And let’s just say…they were EXCITED! 🥳📚

We also wrapped up NTA with a little fun raffle drawing during lunch! Giveaways of gift cards & classroom supplies put smiles on their faces.🎁🍎✏️

But as we shared with our new teachers this week, launching your legacy isn’t something you build alone.

Great educators grow, connect, & lead. And having people in your corner matters.

As they begin this new chapter, we hope they know they have a community of educators cheering them on, supporting them, & standing beside them. That’s what a UNION does. INEA is here to be one of those people in their corner - not just today but throughout their careers.
