Nature is calling… ☎️ Joanna Howes and Alex Bailey, the author and illustrator of “Wild Sierra Nevada: A Family Nature Guide,” visited our littlest Bobcats for some fun Tahoe-themed nature activities! 🌲

Before they set off for Adventure Week, our 6th graders had the opportunity to volunteer with the Kitchen of Kindness with Chabad Cares Nevada! 🤲 After a brief “web of kindness” exercise, students chopped, mixed, and cooked food to be donated to Eddy House in Reno. What a meaningful, rewarding experience for our kids to serve in their community! 👏

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming… 🐟 just one month after their arrival as eggs, our Lower School Science classes are releasing Lahontan Cutthroat Trout into the creek this week! They grow up so fast 🥲

The results are in! The energy was palpable at our Empire Gala last Saturday, where our incredible community came together to raise a historic $1 million for Lake Tahoe School! This spectacular milestone will directly impact our students' journeys for years to come. We are grateful to all our supporters for helping us create such a special place to learn and grow! Coloma round-up! 🤠 Our fourth graders took their gold rush unit on the road for an amazing trip immersed in California’s gold-rich history! Thank you, Mrs. Amory, for this long-standing tradition at Lake Tahoe School! Spring skiing on a school day? Count me in! ✅ These lucky kiddos got to join Coach Jon and Coach Kris for an epic day of making memories on the mountain! ⛷️ If you think your kid would enjoy skipping school to ski with their friends and coaches all day (and how could they not??), get ready to raise your paddle on Saturday for the longest-running auction item at our gala! Proxy bids are also welcome 😉
