RLC is seeking an energetic & community-focused Coordinator of Community & Corporate Education to support personal & professional learning opportunities for the community & lifelong learning initiatives. This position coordinates non-credit & professional development programs, builds partnerships with businesses & community organizations, supports grant-funded projects & assists with program marketing, recruitment & event planning. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative & passionate about connecting individuals & employers with educational opportunities that support personal & workforce growth.
FUNCTIONS
Act as representative & liaison for the CCE department to all internal & external constituents.
Responsible for program development & recruitment to grow noncredit, continuing education, lifelong learning, profess. development & any other programs/events that fall under auspices of noncredit.
Work to support LWIA & WIOA projects that fall under workforce development.
Support reporting & project management of assigned grants & programs.
Assist with facilitation of Employability Skills.
Assist with apprenticeship program administrative needs & project management.
Assist with external partnerships.
Assist in planning, marketing & facilitating CCE special events.
Develop, facilitate & administer professional development & noncredit programs including summer youth camps.
Identify the needs of the community & develop course offerings & new course ideas designed to meet those needs.
Develop, plan & distribute marketing materials, such as promotional brochures, flyers & catalogs using support services of RLC.
Calculate & process payroll for instructors & trainers based on college policy.
Enter the schedule & process registrations for vocational skills training & non-credit courses.
Reconcile records with financial reports & budgets.
Prepare deposits, purchase orders, expense sheets & invoices.
Update & organize various mailing lists & information relative to the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's; or Associate's with relevant experience.
Excellent communication & organization skills.
Experience in coordinating programs & events preferred.
Ability to pass a background check

$40,000-$45,000 or commensurate with experience
