Friday, October 10, 2025 is Tiger Football at IHS. Followed by a gathering at the Moose.

Saturday, October 11, 2025 we will get together at the Bowling Alley in El Centro at 6pm to close. This is a no host event.

We hope to see everyone there.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Millie I. Spaugh, longtime supporter of 4-H and local youth. As a member of the Imperial High School class of 1985, Millie was deeply involved in FFA and 4-H, raising sheep and participating on the officer teams. After high school, she attended Imperial Valley College, Reedley College and Chico State, majoring in Ag Education. She remained in the Chico area for well over a decade, where she worked in local schools, and assisted with youth and 4-H groups in the area.

After returning to the Imperial Valley, Millie worked as a substitute teacher for the Central Union High School District, coordinated estate sales, and assisted with programs for the County 4-H. She was a fixture at the fair each year, where she worked many long hours managing the displays and coordinating the judging for the still exhibits. She also helped prepare and run 4-H summer programs each year.

Millie is preceded in death by her father Phil Spaugh, and is survived by her mother, Alice, as well as numerous cousins and friends. An informal gathering will be held Friday, July 11 starting at 5pm at Sobe’s restaurant in El Centro. All are welcome to stop by and share your memories of Millie.

While we are very sorrowful at her passing, Millie will leave a lasting legacy on the local community through all her work with the community and local youth.

A formal celebration of life will be planned for August.

THE CLASS OF 1985 INVITES Classes from 1980-1989 TO CELEBRATE THEIR 40TH REUNION WITH THEM.

October 10, 2025
Friday night at Tiger Stadium for some football. Kick off at 7pm. GO BIG RED!

After party at Robert & Michelle Edgmon's 653 Coyne Rd., Imperial.

October 11, 2025
Saturday Night:
Rustic Bar in Imperial from 6pm to midnight. No host bar will be open

Price is $40pp/$70 couple
Michelle Edgmon is collecting all monies via Venmo, check (has to clear), or cash.

Price includes dinner and 80's music. Games and raffle prizes will happen throughout the evening.
