Here is some more contact information for out State
Representative to let them know you are against them eliminating the use Skill games for small businesses and nonprofits.
If we lose the games, the loss of revenue could be enough to cause us to close our doors permanently.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that electronic skill games are illegal, unlicensed slot machines. The court gave a 120-day stay ending in mid-October 2026 for the state legislature to pass a regulatory and tax framework. If lawmakers fail to act before the deadline, tens of thousands of machines across the state must be shut down.
What does this mean for the VFW and other small nonprofits?
Losing the machines or a huge portion of the profits could cause the closing of VFW Post 7714.
We operate on a very tight budget and have a building that is 126 years old and is in constant need of repairs.

We encourage everyone to reach out to Valerie Gaydos’ office and let her know you oppose the taxing of these machines at small businesses and nonprofits.
