Although many women may follow their natural instinct to resist during a violent encounter, many will do so ineffectively due to a lack of basic self defense knowledge and skills. Preparation through education and realistic training greatly enhances ones' ability to recognize, avoid and/or resist a violent encounter. All techniques are battle tested and utilize gross motor skills, so they may be a

pplied even under extreme stress. The effectiveness of this self defense system is attributed to a very simple combination; having a proper defensive mindset and a solid fighting skill set will make any person a hard target.
