Three Ways Mindfulness Set Me Free...

I once knew a girl. She was dead set on being a flutist. She spent hours in the practice room, lived on Musictheory.net, and let every single perceived failure shape her self-worth.

It took many years of pushing in this way before she burned out and quit.

Coming back to the flute years later was a breath of fresh air, but she knew she needed to approach it in a different way. A way in which she could breathe, enjoy, and not allow the inner monologue to take over. She needed to move at her own pace and take up space in her own, unique way.

So, she decided to try being more mindful. She took courses, practiced meditation, went to therapy, etc. etc.

And all these years later, she teaches these things to others.
