🌱 The most powerful learning starts with connection.

This week, before our new school year begins, our infant, toddler, and two-year-old teachers gathered for a HEAL training with STAR from The ABLE Academy: Growing Connected Classrooms: Attachment, Attunement & Development in the First Three Years.

Together, they explored what it means to build secure attachment and truly attune to each child. They reflected on how their own teaching styles shape the way they connect. They practiced a hands-on Baby Doll Circle Time and reviewed key developmental milestones and early red flags to watch for.

The room was full of great discussions, thoughtful questions, and practical strategies our teachers
can carry straight into the classroom.

Why does this matter? Because in the first three years of life, secure, responsive relationships lay the foundation for how children learn, trust, and grow. When we invest in our educators, we invest in our youngest learners.

To our teachers: thank you for showing up, leaning in, and growing so our children can, too. ❤️

This month, our Pathways team headed up to Tampa for the One Goal Summer Conference, joining more than 400 early education providers and leaders from across Florida to share ideas, best practices, and a shared passion for young learners. ✨

Every session, conversation, and new idea comes back to our classrooms, where it can help shape brighter beginnings for the children we serve. When we invest in our educators, we invest in the whole child.

🍽️ Great teams don't just work together — they celebrate together. ❤️

Before a brand-new school year begins, we took a moment to pause, laugh, and share good food (and even better company) at our end-of-summer team potluck. From the packed table to the full hearts, it was the perfect reminder of what makes Pathways so special: our people.

To every teacher, staff member, and helping hand who pours their energy into our children and families each day — thank you. Your dedication shapes the earliest years of little lives, and that changes everything.
