Mutt Percussion Ensemble Clio, Capac and Imlay City High School's - Interscholastic Percussion Ensemble Ensemble Coordinator and Director: Mr. Gregory S.

Mutt- We are a mixed-breed or percussionists brought together through the privilege of education, to learn the art of performance! Johnson- Clio High School Director of Bands
Ensemble Instructor- Mrs. Christy Dodge- Capac High School Director of Bands. Students from participating schools have the opportunity to perform advanced level percussion works, and gain a deep understanding of their instrum

ents. This group meets once a week for 2 hours and performs as District 3 Solo and Ensemble, as well as participating school's concerts. Performers range from freshmen to seniors. Rehearsal is typically held at Imlay City High School.

Mutt: Due to the large amount of last minute " I can't make it" texts I got from people, Mrs. Dodge and I decided to call off the group rehearsal.

This will be the ONLY time this happens. Please understand that from this point forward your commitment on Thursday night is Mutt. If you are unable to make this happen, let me know right away.

Given the large distance Clio has to travel, it is not acceptable to double book. And if you do, reschedule the other event, as our schedule has been set into at least January. If I am driving 1 hour to practice, I need everyone there.

At our next rehearsal you are responsible for measure 1 -H. The 4/4 measures will go at m=90. Thats slow and very easily done. For the 7/8 stuff, learn it slow, we will not kick up the tempo for a few rehearsals.
