Building strong minds together! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’› A big thank-you to NJCโ€™s Head Wrestling Coach, Colby Duncan, for talking with our Lady Buffs during their team breakfast this morning about self-talk, attitude, perspective, and mindset! So much good to take away, with lessons that reach far beyond the volleyball court. ๐Ÿฆฌโœจ

Miss Vicky was awarded the Caliche Elementary Buffalo Drive Award at the Caliche PTO meeting last week celebrating the new Staff Herd Recognition program. Here is a summary of all her nominations:
Vicky is a bright, shining star at Caliche who never stops smiling! She has so much energy and s***k, and her infectious joy makes coming to work amazing. She has a heart of gold and clearly loves the kids she works with, creating a place where our littlest Buffs feel loved, excited to learn, and excited to come to school. Her impact reaches beyond her preschool classroom as she connects with students throughout the school and brings smiles to their faces. Vickyโ€™s joyful spirit, school pride, and willingness to jump in and make Caliche special for everyoneโ€”even rapping at the Homecoming Pep Rally! ๐Ÿ˜‚โ€”make her so deserving of being recognized as an Outstanding Teacher!
