Kid's Villa Learning Center is an established quality child care center located in Urbana on over 2 acres of land. We serve children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old and are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Kid's Villa is proud to be accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education and has achieved a LEVEL 4 Maryland EXCELS rating!

☀️ And that’s a wrap on Summer Camp at Kids Villa Learning Center – Germantown! 🎉 We celebrated an unforgettable summer with a fun-filled day of sweet treats, a pizza party, and refreshing popsicles! 🍕🍭🍦

We are grateful for all the memories, laughter, learning, and adventures we shared this summer. 💛

⛰️ Our field trip to the Crystal Grottoes in Boonsboro, Maryland, was such a cool experience! The students got to walk through 1/2 a mile of caves and caverns! We got to see many formations, stalactites, and cave bacon.

🧪Glove experiment at Kids Villa - Our young scientists in our school-age program conducted an experiment where they made gloves grow using a chemical reaction. The students mixed baking soda and vinegar to create carbon dioxide, which fills the balloon. The students and Mr. Jalen both really loved this activity!

🐥🌱 A Hatching Good Time at Kids Villa Germantown! 🌱🐥

Our students had an exciting learning experience through our Chicken Egg Incubation Project! After 21 days of observing, learning, and patiently waiting, we are thrilled to share that 16 adorable chicks hatched from our 19 original eggs! 🐣💛

The children enjoyed exploring the egg candling process and discovering how chicks develop inside the eggs. Each chick has its own unique colors and markings, making this experience even more special. A special thank you to Ms. Ashley, our Curious Cats Summer Teacher, for providing this wonderful opportunity for our students to learn about nature, growth, and life cycles.

🎨 Art Exploration Week at Kid's Villa was an absolute blast!

Our little artists had an amazing week expressing their creativity and letting their imaginations shine! From exploring different art materials to creating beautiful canvas paintings, every child had the opportunity to make something uniquely their own.

Our older children enjoyed a field trip to Hammer & Stain, where they created art in a real studio setting. It was such a fun and memorable experience! Hammer & Stain DIY Workshops - Rockville, MD
