Fun Fact: He has never changed his own oil, but he has very strong opinions about how you’re doing it.

Speaking of scholarships… the Foundation awarded $350,000 in scholarships to over 200 students for the 2026–27 academic year.

Thanks to generous donors and community partners, the Battelle Energy Alliance Future Tech Building in partnership with Frontier Credit Union will expand opportunities in fields like technology, engineering, health care, energy, agriculture, cybersecurity, and advanced manufacturing.

: The CEI Foundation’s campus grants program gives $50,000 each year to College of Eastern Idaho faculty- and staff-led projects that advance student learning and program development.

For the coming academic year, the Foundation funded 16 projects spanning health sciences, agricultural technology, workforce readiness, STEM education, student support services, and the humanities.

Funded proposals include:

🚜 An autonomous tractor and agriculture curriculum

🩺 Knee surgery simulation equipment

📗 A World History textbook lending library
