And so concludes another great season at state! Our biggest highlights: Girls take 9th overall, Beth Apedaile takes the gold in the 100 and 300 meter hurdles, earning PR’s in both events (14.38 and 44.94, respectively); Maya Miller takes 3rd in the 400m and 4th in the 200m (58.72 and 26.12 (PR), respectively); Katelyn Hardy sets a grand PR in discus with a throw of 113-02, enough to take bronze, and also took 8th in shot put. On the boy’s side, Todd Rigby takes 8th in the 100m and 7th in the 200m, and the 4x400 relay finishes the campaign with a PR of 3:36.59. Great work to all this season!

Region Championships in the books! Overall, girls take 4th, boys 6th. Many athletes had PR’s and we had some state qualifiers as well! Oh, and apparently Coach Tidrow is pretty good at relays and the 100! Great job to all who competed and worked hard!

The Sky View Invite was stellar! Our girls 4x100 team qualified for state by time, and we had many athletes qualify for the BYU Invitational as well, and in the process, taking many podium spots! Overall, girls finished 4th and boys 7th. Great work MC!

Saturday was a good day at the Logan Grizz Invite! We had 5 athletes qualify for state in various events, and multiple took spots on the podium (oh, and the coaches had fun in their relay too)!

SCHEDULE UPDATE: Our home meets against Green Canyon and Ridgeline will start at 3pm. For those who are volunteering for these meets, be sure you arrive by 2:30. We need more volunteers for the Green Canyon meet, so if you want to sign up, do so on the MCXC website. Also, the BYU Invitational is on! The dates on the schedule post are correct, we will post another update on the start times for each day of the meet.
