Karam Lee and Brandon Ting will be representing CIA in NYS SkillsUSA Commercial Baking competition in March 2019. Caitlin Richards is the alternate
The CIA tryouts were held Saturday November 10, 2018.
Beatric Balderos and Nora Engelken will compete in the Culinary Arts contest in NY State.

CIA won Gold medals in Culinary Arts and Commercial Baking 2017 in NY state and in Nationals.
Jessica Henson, under the direction of Chef Berlioz won Gold in Baking and Ashley Tolley under the direction of Chef Nitahara took Culinary Gold Medal

Hi everyone!
It seems that more people every day are liking this page. Unfortunatly the club hasn't been very active due to very little members. If you would like to see the club back in action post on the wall. All we have planned for next year is the culinary and baking competition. It would be nice to do fun little competitions through out the year!

Kayla Stock has won a gold medal in the Skills USA National Championships in Kansas City! Congrats Kayla!
