We offer both Gi and Nogi training taught by Coach Paul and Coach Jose, under 3rd degree Renzo Gracie black belt Professor Cesar Cabrera. Our classes are limited to 18 students per class in order to ensure that each student receives quality instruction as they learn the technique in class. Every class includes optional live sparring, giving you the opportunity to apply the techniques you’ve just learned in a realistic, hands-on, dynamic environment. With classes offered seven days a week, we provide flexibility and accessibility to fit your schedule. Our month-to-month memberships come with no contracts, making it easy to commit to your training without long-term obligations. We’re proud to offer a welcoming community and professional instruction for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Huge shout out to our newest blue belt Akbar!!!! All our belts are earned, not given. Akbar has put in and continues to put in tons of mat time, showing up even on the worst of bad weather days. He has been consistent in his training and has competed representing Urban Oasis in local comps. We are blessed to have him as part of our team and look forward to watching him grow! Congratulations, the journey continues!!!!!
