*90 hours in child devlopment and curriculum planning
*45 hours in infant/toddler training
*Minimum kne year of license childcare experience
*Excellent work attendance
*Cpr/First Aid Certificatiins
*Basic computer literacy
*Ability to work on the floor and lift 50 pounds
*Ability to pass a background check
