We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit movement of school leaders committed to shifting the paradigm towards cultures grounded in purpose, belonging, and genuine human flourishing - traits that root us in the intentional cultivation of human potential.

The response to our invitation to join our first principal cohort has been immense. So great was the demand that we decided to expand the first group from 6 to 12 school leaders.

Starting in the fall, this cohort will:

✏️ Meet monthly for facilitated meetings
✏️ Receive one-on-one support outside of cohort meetings
✏️ Learn the pillars of a Flourishing school
✏️ Gain access to a shared resource library and make contributions
✏️ Have opportunities for regional gatherings
✏️ Conduct a baseline school culture assessment
✏️ Create a powerful network of peers

The excitement around this model is a reflection of our collective desire to change the education system - and the critical need for supporting the school leaders who want to redefine success in education.

Wow! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate our launch last evening! The energy in the room, the questions, the engagement and the excitement reinforce that the time is now to create a movement in education.

As our Board Chair Derek Thompson shared:

✏️ School leadership is consistently identified as one of the most important school-related factors affecting student learning, behind only classroom instruction.

✏️ A highly effective principal can generate student learning gains equivalent to nearly three additional months of learning across an entire school.

✏️ The Wallace Foundation's review of 219 studies concluded that it is difficult to imagine an educational investment with a higher potential return than improving school leadership.

We need to start by supporting our leaders so that together, we can create the change we all know is needed in our educational system.

School culture is a measurable health intervention - and principals determine whether it happens.

When principals flourish, their schools flourish, and the teachers and students within them.

We're here to acknowledge school leaders as culture builders, and to provide them the support, mentorship, and peer community they need to succeed.

Today, we are launching a new movement to partner with school leaders and create cultures intentionally built on purpose, belonging, and genuine human .

Because we believe that education is not preparation for a test. It is the cultivation of human potential.

Our mission is to build something different: a co-created movement of principals who support one another in building schools grounded in human connection and genuine growth.

We are currently inviting a select group of schools to join us as foundational members. If you are a school leader who sees a better path but needs assistance getting there, we want to connect with you.
