Dot Dot Dot... | It Just Occurred To Me...
It just occurred to me that I never gave the reasons why I OFTEN use "dot dot dots" when I write.
HERE WE GO:
01. As an artist, I love word art. I like to have fun creating art with words. But in this case, it's creating art without words.
Meaning, the art of using "..." is a way of inviting my readers/viewers to join in on the fun and creativity... Encouraging you to use your imagination wisely!!!
02. The Spiritual teachings I do through NV4NN [for now] is to help you build a DIY Portfolio.
Which means, when you see "..." in one of my inspirational posts, it may be your cue to fill in the blank so you can personalize the message being conveyed.
03. I do a lot of writing behind the scences on various topics so at times, I may not be able to go into too much depth on one post and/or subject. In that case "..." may simply mean, "let's keep it moving!"
Although I produce a lot of video presentations that are yet to be released, included in the unreleased collection is the Master: The edited version of Nustar Vision's Ministerial And Instructional Reference Manual.
A few years ago, I decided [with Isaiah's consent] to legally copyright the first version of the reference manual as a draft so that I could comfortably share snippets of its 36 guides while I continue to work behind the scenes.
Also, because I was dealing with identity theft for many years, at some point, I needed to protect my intellectual property. Fortunately, after years of legal challenges and Spiritual warfare, I persevered, overcoming all.
As you can see throughout my personal writing style, my tone proves that I AM ME!
Does it? Yes, it does.
That being stated, I am not anyone else and no one else is me... legal name change and all! 🙂
SIDE NOTE: At no point in my writing was "..." used as a substitute for "umh" or used to denote lack of confidence. Lack of memory or knowledge perhaps, but never lack of confidence. Why? Because my confidence isn't based on my own intellect or understanding but rather it's deeply ingrained in the integrity of my heart posture and the inspired Word of God.
Lastly and most importantly...
American English is not my first language, so use your judgment when you are reading my posts. You may have to just say to yourself: I know what you mean/meant!
And keep it moving...
That 👆🏾 wasn't the most important point. I just wanted to insert a little humor.
The bonus below is the most important point.
BONUS:
In some of my Spiritual messages, dot dot dot [...] is my way of saying: Let’s allow the Holy Spirit to have His way in this matter. Meaning, as a collective, let's allow Yahweh to give us new insights, a fresh revelation, and/or His interpretation at/for the moment. Because after all, even when we teach [online and offline], we have to still be open to learning... right? Right!!!
