Phew! What a whirlwind of fun and food these last few days!

Thursday Night: served up some apps at the open house…protein balls, dilly cucumber bites, and bacon wrapped Brussels. Excited for them to kick off in January!

Friday Night: Helped with the side dishes for the Christmas Party…Roasted broccoli and red potatoes and a balsamic salad. Such an amazing company with even more amazing employees!

Saturday Morning: Meal prepped for some members…BBQ Turkey Sweet Potato Skillet, one of their favorites!
