I've spent nearly 40 years as a singer and voice teacher, and one thing I keep seeing is that vocal health goes far beyond warm-ups and scales.

Your voice is part of a whole-body system. That's why I combine biomechanically sound vocal technique with functional nutrition, and I've put what I've learned into a free masterclass.

If you're a singer or voice teacher who's curious about how technique, nutrition, and hydration may support your voice, I'd love for you to watch:

If you'd like to talk about your own voice, there's a free discovery call you can book right on the page.

And if you know a singer or teacher who might enjoy this, please share it with them. 💚

Publicly introducing for the first time that I am now working with clients on discovering and addressing root cause health issues that have been affecting their quality of life. I am also creating a program for singers and voice teachers to help singers deal with common health issues that affect their voice through functional nutrition and lifestyle practices. I’ve been working with clients and voice students for a year now and loving the differences I’m seeing in their lives and in their voices. Contact me (whether you are a singer or not) using my studio email (for now), to take advantage of my basic programs. [email protected].
