Little drummers in training!
Today our creative little musicians did a fun painting activity to some fun beats! Children use jumbo craft sticks like drumsticks to tap and spread paint across a canvas while listening to music. This energetic art activity encourages creativity, rhythm, sensory exploration, hand-eye coordination, and fine-motor development. Children also practice cause and effect as their movements create colorful marks and patterns through play.

So today we learned about our smell and nose. How we can use our nose to smell good and bad. We smelled the play dough and found out that it has a good smell. When smelling it we learned that it smells like grapes. We talked about how it feels and that it is purple.

ENGINEERING A TOWER !
We used our imagination to build a HUGE tower to pass through! We learned about geometrical shapes, and practiced our numbers as we counted the pegs on the Lego foam blocks ! We learned that by creating a strong foundation, we can build even higher without it falling, and it’s pretty sturdy too! Worked on mathematics, fine motor skills, digital thinking and problem solving!

This week, we learned all about the human body through fun and engaging activities! We explored different parts of the body and learned about their functions. We talked about our bones and muscles, learned about the human body and discussed how our organs help our bodies work. We also enjoyed hands-on activities, games, songs, and discussions that helped us understand how to take care of our bodies by eating healthy foods, exercising, getting enough sleep, and practicing good hygiene. It was a fun and educational week of learning about our amazing human bodies

Theme ( The Human Body Parts )
This week our Theme represented our Theme of the Human Body . The Friends was excited about the body parts exercise of Attaching each Body Part to the body that was drawn for them . The activities that was presented to use this week had the friends to be engaged, ready to experience and learn about the body using different cuts to attach to a Body as well as name each part . During our activities of The Human Body the Friends was leaning more about how our Body function and what helps it to correctly function. During our time exploring and experiencing these activities the Friends was excited by asking questions about our Blood that’s inside our body, our Bones if we break them , and and what makes our Heart ♥️ beats . This theme had the Friends really curious where being engaging was fun and exciting for them learning about their own body . These activities were implemented to enhance and increase their skills of Science, Eye Coordination, Fine motor skills and Sense of Touch
