As some of you may know, I offer 1 on 1 and small group skills training sessions for youth-HS aged basketball players. I just wanted to share my flyer again as I have some extra availability this week and will have consistent availability throughout the summer. The first season of MN GRIT Basketball was a success…

The season had its ups, downs, wins, and losses… but more importantly each weekend I felt we learned something. The team we brought to our first tournament played a whole lot different than the team we brought to our last couple tournaments. Guys bought into certain game plan things I wanted to do but they also just bought into playing hard with and for each other. Our improvements throughout the season led us to a 3rd place finish in our spring state tournament.

I hope the guys enjoyed this experience and learned from this first MN GRIT season. I look forward to seeing what the future will hold for these players and the hopeful expansion of this program.
