For any of you who knew HHS 1987 classmate Cherri Edwards, we are sad to report that she recently passed away. Cherri was living in California. There is a Go Fund Me page to help raise money for funeral expenses. Here is the link to the page. I haven’t seen an obituary yet. If anyone knows of one, let me know or post it here, Cherri was a sweet person & will be missed by many.

As promised, I am posting Jeff Mundhenke's obituary. Man, I am so sad to be doing this. 😢

His service is on Monday, Sept. 21st at 11 a.m. in Inman at Lakeside Event Center.

Jeffrey Todd Mundhenke, 51, of Hutchinson, passed away September 8, 2020, at his home. He was born on February 3, 1969, in Wichita. It is with tremendous sadness that HHS Class of '87 has lost a beloved classmate, Jeff Mundhenke. Full of personality, didn't know a stranger and a good friend to many. Prayers for comfort for his wife Christy and their children. Huge hole in our hearts today. Feel free to share your memories of him here or post pics of him. Sad to share that one of our HHS 1987 classmates, Jimmie Beltz, has passed away. His services are on Tuesday, July 16. For those who knew him well, feel free to share your memories of him.

Jimmie L. Jay Beltz, Jr., 50, of Hutchinson, died July 10, 2019, at Ascension Via Christi- St Francis, Wichita. He was born August 29, 1968, in Hutchinson, to Jimmie L. and Sally Lee Barney Beltz, Sr. Jay graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1987. He was a former mechanic. Jay

Hey, everybody! We're so glad you joined us! Yesterday, word spread like wildfire, and that is great to reach our classmates! However, for security reasons, we decided to make the page a closed group, so you'll either receive an invite or you can ask to join the group. We had someone from another country sharing our information (Who is obviously NOT a classmate), and there are other Hutchinsons across the U.S., so we think this will tighten things up a little.

Eventually, we will shut this page down once we know we have gotten all the alums switched over to the group page. Please share this with your fellow '87 classmates so we can reach everyone! Thanks for your patience and let's continue the fun of catching up with everybody!
