Taking a break from teaching doesn’t mean taking a break from yoga. 🧘🏽‍♀️ I’m still moving over here! Even if that means I’m surrounded by animals & kids while flowing 😆 —also this timelapse was cut short by lack of phone storage lol. I’m activating a new one tomorrow! 📱

Fellow yogis, whom I love and appreciate so much, the time for a break has come. With winter arriving today, I have felt the pull to retreat inward and spend evenings with my growing family. I will be taking a break from teaching but don’t worry, I will be back with a rejuvenated heart! I will still update this page with videos and posts, so stay tuned! XO, Julie
