Treasurer’s Report:
• PTC Account: $12,994.81 in April. We got $700 more for Fun Run. Expenses were $3,627.70 with an ending balance $8,067.11.
• Playground Fund: $36,197.12
• Script Account: No statement at this time

Principal’s Report:
Thank you PTC for end of the month assembly prizes
Staff appreciation week started this week- Thank you
A lot of field trips and fun stuff planned
May 22 half day of school with High School Graduation at 7 pm
PTC will be providing Jimmy John’s for the teachers.

2. Fun Run (May 8) – 110 bags with goodies for all kids and a t-shirt. Each kid will get water bottle, string cheese, and banana. There are 6 third grade mom’s helping. Tanya will bring the speaker.
8:30-9:00 am 4k and 2nd grade
9:05-9:35 am 3k and 5th grade
9:40-10:10 am 4th grade and 1st grade
10:15-10:45 am 3rd grade and 5K

3. 5th Grade Graduation (May 13, 6pm - 7pm) - Cakes ordered from Mayville PW. Will pick-up on May 13.
4. End-of-Year Bounce Houses (May 21) - Will pickup 2 bounces from Horicon ACE on May 20 at 6:30pm. Will return on May 21 by 6:30 pm. Cost is $308.00. Set up at JHE is 7:15 am set up and take down 2:00 pm
5. What to do with extra funds in accounts- keep it for next year and continue to help the Hustisford school kids.
1. Script- Do we cancel the account?- yes
2. Script Inventory- will sell the cards
3. Use the playground fund to buy equipment for a park? Something to think about.

6. Teacher requests? - nothing new
7. Memorial Day Parade- PTC event, school send home slips for students walking in the parade for JHE one last time.

PTC Meeting MinutesDate: April 6, 2026 Time: 7:30PM

Q & A with Todd Bugnacki: - Communication coming home on Wednesday afternoon to parents based on results of what happens with the referendum vote on Tuesday.

Principal’s Report: PTC Principal Report April 6 - End of Month Assembly for March - Erin working with Mrs. Greer (3rd grade) to coordinate prize from PTC - April 24 is the next assembly. PTC will offer an assembly prize - Finishing Forward Testing. - 3K, 4K, 5K open house, Monday, April 13 - Yearbook orders due April 8 - Donuts for Grown Ups, Wednesday, April 22 at 7:30AM - National Theater for Children’s performance coming to school to perform - Book Fair starts next week, April 13 - 17 | BOGO options-Fun Run is May 8, tshirt sizes due Wednesday, April 8 - 5th Grade Graduation - May 13, 6pm - 7pm
