It’s going to be a BOOMING week at St. Philip Preschool! 💥

Our weekly theme for August 24–28 is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom! We’ll use this fun favorite to explore letters, sounds, vocabulary, and classroom routines through stories, songs, movement, and hands-on activities.

🔢 We’ll also continue bringing numbers #1 & #2 to life as our little learners build on what they’ve already learned!

We can’t wait to see our preschoolers learn, laugh, and grow together. 🌱💚

🌱 Another Wonderful Week at St. Philip Preschool! 🌱

Our classrooms were full of smiles, new friendships, learning, and lots of fun this week! We continued practicing our routines, exploring through play, and building confidence together.

We also celebrated our wonderful director, Ms. Kimberly Johnson, during our first Growing Together Wednesday Staff Spotlight! ❤️

Next week, we’ll continue bringing Numbers 1 & 2 to life through stories, songs, movement, and hands-on activities with our Chicka Chicka Boom Boom theme! 🌴🔢

🍩 A BIG thank-you to Tiffany Cleveland with the Gauntt Team at Century 21 for treating our St. Philip Preschool staff to such an awesome breakfast!

The wonderful assortment of donuts, yogurt, fresh fruit, snacks, and drinks was absolutely delicious! Your kindness gave everyone a wonderful start to the day and made our staff feel truly appreciated. 💙🍎✏️

✨ Meet Ms. Kimberly! ✨
Director of St. Philip Preschool

Ms. Kimberly Johnson joined the St. Philip Preschool family in 2022 and brings more than 30 years of experience working with children and families.

Her journey in education began as a preschool teacher and has included serving children in the public school system, working in special education with early childhood and elementary-aged students, and returning to early childhood education in administration.

Today, Ms. Kimberly is honored to serve as the Director of St. Philip Preschool, a role she truly loves. 💚

✨ Work Together, Win Together! ✨

Our St. Philip Preschool team had an incredible time at the Early Childhood Christian Conference in Southlake on August 4–5, 2026! We were blessed to gather with more than 300 Christian early childhood educators for two wonderful days of learning, fellowship, collaboration, and fun.

Each year, this conference reminds us of the important role early childhood educators have in nurturing young minds, building strong foundations, and sharing God’s love with the children in our care. We gained valuable knowledge, discovered new ideas to bring into our classrooms, and strengthened our commitment to providing exceptional Christian early childhood education.

It was also wonderful reconnecting with familiar faces we look forward to seeing each year and meeting other educators who share our passion and purpose. We laughed, learned, collaborated, and returned feeling encouraged, inspired, and ready for another amazing preschool year! ❤️📚✝️

When we work together, we truly win together!
