Steve Safran (DBA Integrity Training Concepts) is a retired police sergeant with thirty-six years in law enforcement. Based out of Hurst, Texas, Steve graduated from the Tarrant County College Police Academy as Valedictorian in 1984. He received his Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) Peace Officer's License in 1985. He is a TCOLE Master Peace Officer, TCOLE Instructor, and a TCOLE Mental

Health Peace Officer. He has received certification from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) as a Domestic Violence Trainer. He is a former TCOLE Training Coordinator and contract training provider. His education includes:

Outside of law enforcement, he is the father of a fourteen year-old autistic daughter and has dedicated himself to being up-to-date on the topic of autism as it relates to citizens and police officer awareness. Steve has provided officers and agencies training in a wide range of topics for over thirty years. His specialties include Autism Awareness, Verbal Communication, new officer training (San Jose, Reno, and hybrid training programs), Force Options Theory, Cultural Diversity and Bias-free Policing, Procedural Justice and Police Ethics, and Police Training Coordinator-related topics.
