Welcome to Running Rx of West Virginia, where my goal is to provide professional and effective run coaching. I am a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Certified Running Coach and a Brand Ambassador for Polar Electro heart rate monitors. I specialize in developing running plans for individuals or groups who are new to running, want to improve fitness, and/or lose weight.
