A lot of people hate rain, and most other programs wouldn't even consider taking their kids outside in the rain. Well, NOT here! THIS right here is what childhood should look like, what learning looks like, and what pure happiness looks like. Not a single child complained about it raining. Each and every one of them embraced it in their own way and ENJOYED their time in it. Some splashed in puddles, some laid in puddles 🤣, some filled buckets, cups, and anything else they could find with rain coming out of the gutter, and others rode bikes through puddles. One even asked to paint the cardboard on the fence. ABSOLUTELY! Let's try it! And they painted the soaking wet cardboard, then they painted themselves and a little of each other too 🙈🤣. Rain does NOT need to mean a day inside. While a little inconvenient at times, the benefits AND joy they get to experience 💯 outweigh the inconvenience.

Edit: We also shucked corn for lunch, but that was already on the schedule to do, with or without rain 🤣
