Kindergarten COLOR Week 🩷❤️🧡🤎💛💜🩵💚

At Lilly Springs Academy, we believe kindergarten should be FUN!

Childhood is a gift, and learning should be filled with wonder, curiosity, creativity, and joy. We believe little hands learn best by doing—building, exploring, creating, experimenting, playing, and discovering.

Our kindergarten classroom is full of color, crafts, hands-on experiences, laughter, and meaningful learning that brings lessons to life. We want our students to love coming to school, feel excited about learning, and experience the magic of being little.

At LSA, we aren’t rushing childhood—we’re making it beautiful, memorable, and full of purpose while building a strong foundation for the years ahead. Thank you Jesus for these children! 🥹🙌🏼

Community Helper Day 2026 🚒💛🚔💙🚛❤️

A HUGE thank you to our local community helpers for pouring into our students today!!
• East Jackson County Fire Department
• Landon Orozco with our State Troopors
• Donnie Moore with Jackson County Sheriff’s Dept.
• Jase & Ashley Vickers with our local Sanitation company
• Gary Allgood with Singing River Electric
• Mississippi Power Linemen
& Mikie Hearndon with WRBE 106.9 Radio Station that broadcasted our whole day!!!

Seeing what all they do reminded me of this verse right here… Mark 10:45 “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

These community helpers, these community leaders- serve us, protect us, and lay down their lives for us each and every day. We truly cannot thank them enough for their service. We were given an opportunity to pray over these men- for the Lord to bless them, keep them, and protect them in their day to day work. And we know our mighty God will provide!! Thank you Jesus!!

Our first issue of our LSA newspaper! Not only did the students interview their peers and teachers, and write their own articles, they also compared and analyzed local newspapers in order to come up with their own! Copies were available at Grandparents Day but if you missed it and would like a copy, just let us know!

One of our favorite days of the whole school year, getting to honor & serve our wonderful Grandparents for Grandparent’s Day 🥹🖤

If it wasn’t for them, we wouldn’t be here doing what the Lord has called us to do. We are forever thankful for each & every family He has chosen for such a time as this!!!

Thank you to everyone who came & helped to make this day possible! We are so blessed!!

1 Peter 2:9 “"But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light." ✨
