Testimony Time: Daniel joined us last year, discouraged about being ready for the physical requirements for joining the military. You won't believe his success story!

Daniel was so consistent and accomplished so much in his 9.5 months with Fitness 300. We can't wait to hear how awesome he does in the next chapter! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Doc Porter and I did a 13.1 Mile thing this weekend!
Check out that laughing, crossing the finish line. Completing my first half marathon in 13 years and having a bit of whiskey at the Oak Barrel Half Marathon Lynchburg, TN, was pretty inspiring (to myself) and feels really good to have accomplished. I had some amazing coaches, support, help, and fun on this journey!
