The start of a new athletic season is just around the corner! Huntsville Hospital Sports Center and TOC Sports Medicine invite your student-athlete to our annual AHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation event.

Saturday, August 8
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium

Our sports medicine physicians are proud to care for student-athletes throughout North Alabama and provide these annual physical evaluations to help ensure athletes are healthy and ready for the season ahead.

For just $10 per athlete, your child can complete the AHSAA-required pre-participation physical, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to P.A.L.S., a local nonprofit organization.

Each physical evaluation includes:

-Medical history review
-General medical examination
-Musculoskeletal examination
-Height and weight
-Blood pressure and pulse

To help make your visit quick and efficient, please:

-Complete the medical history section of the attached AHSAA Physical
Evaluation form before arriving.
-Answer all questions thoroughly.
-Bring the completed form with both the parent/guardian and student-
athlete signatures (signed in ink).

We encourage athletes to arrive early, as physicals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis during the event.

Save the date! 📅 Huntsville Junior High School will welcome students and families on Friday, July 31, for orientation to 7th-grade and 8th-grade schedules! Please see the scheduled times below.

Incoming 7th Grade
Student Orientation & Schedule Pickup: 8:00–11:00 AM
Parent Meeting: 8:30–9:30 AM

Incoming 8th Grade
Schedule Pickup: 1:00–4:00 PM
(Students do not need to stay.)

M2M Parent Meeting & Schedule Pickup
3:00–4:00 PM

Orientation is a great opportunity to tour the campus, meet staff, learn about clubs and extracurriculars, and get ready for a fantastic school year! Go Big Red! 🐾
