🕙 Time: 10:00 AM (followed by PE at 11 AM)
📍 Location: New Market Rec Center

After crafting, kids can head straight to PE with Coach P at 11 AM.

PaPPo’s Pizzaria Tour 11/12!

Today’s field trip to PaPPo’s Pizza was a huge success! Students explored the kitchen, learned about pizza-making through an interactive demonstration, and made their very own pizzas with guidance from Jamie. We also enjoyed fresh breadsticks, drinks, and lots of laughter! A big thank-you to Jamie and the PaPPo’s team for such a fun and educational day. We’re already looking forward to our next visit in early spring! 🍕

🍕 Homeschool Pizza-Making Field Trip! 🍕
Hey Thrive Hive friends! We’ve got a super fun field trip coming up - we’re touring PaPPo's Pizzeria, and the kids will get to make their very own pizza from scratch! This hands-on experience lets them see how pizza is made, get creative with toppings, and enjoy their masterpiece when it’s done. 😋

Join us for a fun, hands-on caramel making class where learning meets kitchen creativity!

Each child will:
🧁 Learn basic candy science with engaging, kid-friendly fact sheets and activities
🍬 Make their own fall shaped caramel candies to take home
🎓 Earn a Caramel Chef Certificate of Completion
👩‍🍳 Receive a personalized apron to wear during class and keep as a souvenir

Cost: $10 per child
Ages: 8 and up (younger siblings 7 & under will not participate & will not count towards the head count, but are more than welcome to come & observe)

Due to Huntsville Havoc Huntsville Havoc School Showcase has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 18th. Please note, this change was completely out of my control, as the organization rescheduled the entire event for everyone.

We’re so excited for a special School Day Showcase with the Huntsville Havoc designed just for students!

📅 Wednesday, February 18th
🚪 Doors open: 8:30 AM
🏒 Puck drop: 10:15 AM
⏰ Ends around 12:30 PM
🎟️ $15 per person

✨ What’s included:
Each student receives a game-day workbook filled with fun, hockey-themed activities that connect to math, science, and history — learning + excitement all in one morning!

🍽️ Lunch is not provided, but students may bring their own, and concessions will be open.

This is a fun, engaging way to experience live hockey while tying in educational enrichment!
