What is so interesting about some of our Neurodiverse clientele, is that if the work is the right fit for them, there is no external motivation needed. The work itself is internally motivating. That is a very rare trait to find.

If the type of work is the right fit and the directives are clear, there is NO anxiety attached to it. That is when you will reallly see a Neurodiverse employee shine in their respective field.

Reduce anxiety, give clear and consise instruction and directive, and watch your Neurodivergent employee(s) shine.

So extremely proud of our Data Analyst team at JDM Solutions! They have hit a milestone today on a particular contract and worked so diligently to get there, as a team.
