Upward Bound is a federally funded program sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education. 104 eligib WHAT IS UPWARD BOUND? Department of Education.
The program at Alabama A&M University serves 104 eligible high school students. These students attend or are zoned for Huntsville City and Madison County Schools: J.O. Johnson, Lee High, Jemison, Buckhorn, Hazel Green, Sparkman, and Sparkman 9 Grade Schools. PROGRAM COMPONENTS
