Phi Kappa Psi is a men's based social organization that chartered at UAH on May 2nd, 2015. Alabama Gamma is the 160th Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi!
We are seeking men who are motivated and excited to start something new on campus. Take on a leadership role, help widen your personal network, learn to work with others as a team, take advantage of national scholarships and leadership programs. We’re proud to showcase our Head of Recruitment for Spring 2026, Luke Garrad! Luke is a Freshman Physics Major and joined us during our Fall 2025 semester.
Since joining Phi Psi, Luke says that he has learned how to effectively lead a team, compile different viewpoints into a shared goal, and has developed his understanding of how to put effort into an organization that is bigger than himself!
He is very involved on campus through service activities and Phi Psi recruitment events! Luke is also a pretty big fan of his girlfriend! And, if you ever get a chance, make sure to ask him about his favorite fast food burger!!
Luke is an all around great guy and represents the values of Phi Kappa Psi to the best of his abilities! The L in LEDN also stands for Luke!!
