I’d like to take this time to thank my fellow officers, meeting planning committee and volunteers for the time and effort they put forth in making this meeting happen. Now, we transition over to our new President, John Hedberg who I know will exceed all expectations and I can’t wait to support him! Help me wish John luck in his new role!

Meet our Keynote Speaker for our Annual Meeting on June 10th, Dr. Jason McKenna! Dr. McKenna is responsible for The University of Southern Mississippi’s Roger F. Wicker Center for Ocean Enterprise Research, Development, Testing, Evaluation, and Training Programs. Dr. McKenna possesses over 25 years of data science, analytics, engineering, executive and program management experience modeling high volume data from a variety of uncrewed platforms and sensors to plan, program, and execute research and development to solve complex problems in terrestrial and maritime domain awareness, environmental intelligence, and national security.

Dr. McKenna has a large research portfolio and understands the importance the role research administrators play in the research community. He is excited about the opportunity to speak at our meeting. It isn't too late to register!
