Navigating The Unknown

What does it mean to steward your body well?

For many of us, conversations about health quickly become focused on appearance, weight, or performance. But what if stewardship is about something deeper?

What if caring for your body is actually a spiritual responsibility?

In today's livestream, we're talking about how to honor God by caring for the vessel He has entrusted to you. We'll explore what Scripture says about our bodies, the importance of rest, and how simple daily rhythms can help us live with more energy, peace, and purpose.

We'll discuss:
- Why your body matters to God
- The connection between stewardship and worship
- The role of rest in a healthy life
- Simple ways to care for yourself without overwhelm
- How healthy rhythms support your God-given assignment

Scriptures:
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
3 John 1:2
Romans 12:1

If you've been feeling tired, stretched thin, or simply ready for a reset, I believe this conversation will encourage you.

Faith first. Rhythm always.

✨ Hello, June.

Honestly?

I don’t think most of us need another thing to add to our lives.

I think we need space.

Space to breathe.
Space to hear God.
Space to rest.
Space to return to what matters.

So this month, we’re doing something different.

Instead of adding more, we’re stripping away the complicated.

We’re resetting:
🤍 Our bodies
🤍 Our souls
🤍 Our spaces
🤍 Our relationships
🤍 Our joy

Not because we’re behind.

Not because we’re failing.

But because sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is slow down long enough to realign with God’s heart and the rhythms that bring life.

June is going to be a breath of fresh air.

Beauty, what is one area of your life that needs a reset right now?

Faith first.
Rhythm always.

✨ Feature Friday ✨

One of my favorite things to do is celebrate people who are building things that make an impact for the Kingdom.

Today, I want to highlight my brother from another mother and what he is building through Kingdom Linked Network.

One thing I know to be true is this:

We were never meant to build alone.

Whether you’re building a business, a ministry, a nonprofit, or a movement, the journey can feel isolating when you don’t have the right people around you.

I’ve learned firsthand that sometimes the breakthrough isn’t another strategy.

Sometimes it’s community.

Sometimes it’s being in the right room with people who challenge you, encourage you, sharpen you, and remind you of who God called you to be.

That’s exactly why I love what Kingdom Linked Network is creating—a space for Kingdom-minded business owners to connect, collaborate, and grow together.

If you’re a business owner who has been craving meaningful community, alignment, and relationships with other Kingdom builders, this may be worth exploring.

I love seeing people use their gifts, influence, and leadership to create spaces that help others thrive.

Keep building. Keep serving. Keep making an impact.

That’s what Feature Friday is all about. 🤍

If you’d like more information about Kingdom Linked Network, comment “INFO” below and I’ll point you in the right direction.

That little “Joy” piece has been sitting on my counter since Christmas.

I could have put it away months ago. But I didn’t — because God told me at the end of last year that this was my season of joy. And I made a decision to stay faithful to that word as I experience it fully coming to pass.

That’s finishing what God told you to start.

Not every assignment is a business or a book or a bold public move. Sometimes it’s holding onto a word He gave you when life tries to make you forget it. Returning to it every morning. Letting it anchor you even on the days you feel tired.

Next to my hot tea — which genuinely makes my soul smile — this little reminder has done its job every single day.

A warm cup. A word from God. A few quiet minutes before the world wakes up. This moment matters.

That’s enough to keep going. 🤍

What word has God given you that you’re still being faithful to carry?

Motivation comes and goes. Some days we feel inspired. Some days we don’t.
But the life God is calling us to build cannot depend on emotion alone. Peace, growth, consistency, focus, healing, spiritual maturity… all of those things are built through daily faithfulness.

In this livestream, I am unpacking:

- why discipline matters spiritually
- how consistency shapes our lives
- why small daily habits matter
- and how to keep showing up when progress feels slow

If you’ve been struggling with inconsistency, distraction, burnout, or feeling stuck in cycles of starting over… this is for you.

Very blessed to have run a 5K with my daughter today 🫶🏾

When I think about creating rhythms, one I’m especially grateful for is intentional time with my oldest.

It’s honestly wild to think she’s a whole adult now and will have a college degree in less than a year. Watching her grow into the woman she’s becoming has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

Today, she accomplished a goal she set for herself, and I’m so thankful I got to be part of it.

There’s something really beautiful about seeing the fruit of years of pouring love, prayer, wisdom, encouragement, and presence into your children.

And truly?

She amazes me.

In so many ways, she is leaps and bounds ahead of where I was at her age, and I don’t say that with comparison—I say it with gratitude.

God has been so faithful.

So proud of you, first born 🫶🏾

Beauty, you don’t have to choose between purpose and peace.

So many moms are carrying full schedules and full hearts…
trying to show up for everyone while quietly running on empty.

That’s why I’m so excited to be a speaker for this year’s Supermom Summer Camp hosted by my friend Lori Oberbroeckling

From June 8–12, we’ll be talking about rhythms, rest, productivity, intention, and creating a life that actually feels sustainable.

I’ll be teaching:
✨ 3 Rhythms Every Busy Mom Needs

Because living well isn’t about doing more.
It’s about building rhythms that support the life you’re called to live.

If you’re ready for a reset this summer, I’d love for you to join us.
